RRB NTPC Result 2021: Result Date, Merit List, Cut Off

RRB will soon announce the RRB NTPC Result 2021 CBT Stage 1 (Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, Phase 4, Phase 5, Phase 6, Phase7. The Railway recruitment board had released their answer key on August 16, 2021, so every candidate must have checked their answers and must have self-assessed themselves. But, still, the official result might be a little bit different from that and everyone is waiting for that. So that they would know about cutoff and merit for the second stage of the exam.

The RRB is one of the world’s largest recruiting exams in the world. And NTPC advertised a notification for CEN 01/2019 was to conduct the exam in 7 stages. But because of the pandemic situation, they had to delay the exam for a while. Around 10 Million candidates applied for the 35,228 vacancies. And NTPC started on the 28th of December 2020 and ended on the 31st of July 2021.

Total 12808544 candidates applied for the given 35,208 vacancies. The first stage exam was divided into 7 phases whose results will be out by the End Of September

The exam is divided into 5 stages which include: 

  1. Stage 1
  2. Stage 2
  3. Typing Skill Test
  4. Medical Examination
  5. Document Verification

There are various sources confirming that RRB will announce the exam result very soon. Possibly in the third week of September. So, it should be announced any day now. The railway department has also released the cut-off list of 2021 too. So that the candidates can start their preparation for stage 2. The result has been delayed because of the COVID-19 situation as most of their staff members are not available at the moment. So, all the candidates wait calmly as the result will be declared very soon. 

RRB NTPC Exam Cut Off 2021- CBT Stage 1

The RRB will very soon release the cut-off list related to the exam. So that the students can prepare for the second stage of the exam. Only if you qualify for the first stage, you can go on ahead to the second stage. The cut-off list will be released soon after the result announcement. The minimum qualifying marks for various categories are: 

  1. General/ EWS: 40%
  2. OBC / SC: 30%
  3. ST: 25%

How to Check NTPC Result Online

You can check your result pretty easily once it is announced. You need your registered user id and date of birth for checking the NTPC result online. So, follow these steps to check the result:

  1. Open the official website of your respective region
  2. If you don’t know your region, you can open rrbcdg.gov.in
  3. Tap on Admit Card option or select the News section
  4. The News section will provide you latest updates regarding NTPC results.
  5. In the result section, you will be able to see “CEN-01/2019 (NTPC) – Final NTPC Result”
  6. Tap on that and enter your Registration number & DOB to get your result on your mobile.
  7. Save the result or take a hard copy for future use
